Peking University Third Hospital, established in 1958, is a comprehensive tertiary care facility under the supervision of the National Health Commission. The hospital offers an integrated approach to medical care, combining treatment, education, scientific research, preventive healthcare, rehabilitation, and health management. 二、神色卤莽(Project Overview)

国当然科学基金委员施行秀后生科学基金（国外）神色，旨在蛊惑和饱读吹在当然科学、工程技巧等面已取得较好得益的国外秀后生学者（含非华侨外籍东谈主才）归国（来华）责任，自主选拔连络向开展革命连络，促进后生科学技巧东谈主才的快速成长，培养批有望插足全国科技前沿的秀学术主干，为科技强国建造孝敬力量。

The Science Fund Program for Distinguished Young Scholars (Overseas) aims to attract and support exceptional young scholars from abroad, including non-Chinese foreign experts who have made significant contributions to the fields of natural sciences, engineering, and technology. This initiative invites these scholars to return to China to pursue innovative research in their chosen fields, accelerate the development of young scientific and technological talent, cultivate a cadre of leading academic pioneers at the forefront of global science and technology, and strengthen the nation's capacity in these critical areas.

三、苦求条款( Application Requirements)

1、遵命中华东谈主民共和法则律轨则，铁皮保温施工具有考究的科学谈德，自愿践行新时间科学精神；

Adhere to the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, uphold the highest standards of scientific ethics, and embody the spirit of the modern scientist.

2、年齿不外40岁；

3、具有博士学位；

Have a doctorate degree.

4、连络向主要为当然科学、工程技巧等；

Primary research focus in natural sciences or engineering technology.

5、在国外校、科研机构、企业研发机构获取正经陶冶或者科研职位，且具有邻接36个月以上责任履历；在国外取得博士学位且事迹特别卓绝的，可允洽放宽责任年限要求；

Hold a formal teaching or research position at an overseas university, research institution, or corporate R&D department, with at least 36 consecutive months of work experience. For those who have obtained a PhD overseas and demonstrated exceptional achievements, the work experience requirement may be relaxed accordingly.

6、取得同业认同的科研或技巧等恶果，且具有成为该域学术带头东谈主或卓绝东谈主才的发展后劲；

Have achieved research or technological outcomes recognized by peers in the field and demonstrate the potential to become a leading scholar or outstanding talent in the area of expertise.

7、苦求东谈主尚未全职归国（来华）责任，获资助示知后须辞去国外责任或在国外责任，全职归国（来华）责任不少于3年。

The applicant has not yet begun full-time employment in China. Upon receiving the grant notification, they must resign from any overseas position or be without employment abroad and commit to working full-time in China for no less than three years.

四、病院提供相应因循条款(Support conditions)

1、劳动发展旅途：入选者受聘为新体制教研系列岗亭；

Career Development: Appointment through the “Tenure Track System.”

2、厚薪酬待遇：不低于70万基今年薪，同期享受科研绩及恶果励；

Compensation and Benefits: Annual salary not less than 700,000 CNY, plus eligible rewards for performance and achievements in scientific research.

3、考究住房条款：提供后生公寓、特别住房补贴等考究的糊口因循条款；

Housing: Provision of youth apartments and special housing subsidies.

4、有劲学术因循：提供400-600万科研运转经费（含国配套）；提供填塞的责任办公空间；因循组建革命团队，提供连络生招生限额及博士后招聘筹商；

Academic Support: Provide 4 to 6 million RMB in research start-up funding, offer ample office and workspace, support the establishment of an innovation team, and allocate graduate student enrollment slots and postdoctoral recruitment quotas.

5、完善糊口保险：协助贬责子女入学、入托，享受北京市质纯熟资源。

Living Security: Access to high-quality educational resources for children.
